How to Accept an Offer of Internship or Independent Study

From several cases from the previous batch where many students did not accept offers from partners even though they had been accepted, they did not realize that the offer was forfeited.

there are several reasons that resulted in students not knowing that their application was accepted by the partner,

starting from not getting an email, forgetting the account password so they can't log in and some even forget to send an application.

then how to receive an offer from the program that has been applied for?

After the Student is declared to have passed by the Partner, the Student's status will change to 'Passed'. Students have 3 (three) days to take and confirm the activity through the MBKM platform.

Here are the steps to take and confirm an offer from an Intern or Independent Study Partner:

1. Make sure you are logged into the student MBKM account at the link https://kampusmerdeka.kemdikbud.go.id/

2. Click on 'Kegiatanku'

3. On the Registration Status page, you can see the status of your registration. If you are accepted by the Partner, then your status is 'Escaped'. To view activity details, please click on your position name (as pictured below)

4. After seeing the details of the activity, you can confirm if you want to take and participate in the activity by clicking the 'Take and Follow the Activity' button

Attention

• If the student does not take the offer for more than 3 (three) days, then the student is considered to have refused/not taken the activity.
• If the student takes the offer, the student is declared willing to take part in the activity. This means that the student does not continue with other applications so that the status of the application/application for other activities will change to 'Not taken', because students can only accept and participate in 1 activity.

5. If you are sure to join the activity, please click 'Yes, confirm'. However, if you are still in doubt, you can close the notification by clicking the 'X' icon, or clicking 'Consider More'.

6. After confirming, then you are successfully enrolled in the Internship or Independent Study program at the Partner organization that has accepted you. Happy running activities!
